Whether you're an AuDHDer looking for strategies that actually fit, someone navigating a major life transition, or a person who's just tired of advice that was never designed for their brain, individual coaching meets you where you are.
Sessions are virtual and available via video, audio-only, or text-based formats, because accessibility matters from the very first session.
Whether you're a couple of two decades or a polycule figuring out communication across multiple relationships, couples coaching offers a structured, neutral space to work through what's hard and build on what's strong.
All relationship structures are welcome, monogamous, polyamorous, relationship anarchist, and everything in between. I don't assume what your relationship "should" look like. My job is to help you build the relationship you actually want together.
Note: Couples coaching is not couples therapy. It is forward-focused and skills-based. If deeper relational trauma is present, I may recommend supplementing with a licensed therapist.
