Coaching designed around how you actually work.

One on One

Individual Coaching

One-on-one sessions built around you, your neurotype, your goals, your pace. Whether you're an AuDHDer looking for strategies that actually fit, someone navigating a major life transition, or a person who's just tired of advice that was never designed for their brain, individual coaching meets you where you are.

Sessions are virtual and available via video, audio-only, or text-based formats, because accessibility matters from the very first session.

What we might work on:

  • Executive function strategies tailored to your brain
  • Navigating late AuDHD diagnosis and identity
  • Unmasking and building an authentic life
  • Career exploration, transitions, and workplace advocacy
  • Burnout recovery and sustainable routines
  • Goal-setting that accounts for energy cycles and capacity

Couples Coaching

Whether you're a couple of two decades or a polycule figuring out communication across multiple relationships, couples coaching offers a structured, neutral space to work through what's hard and build on what's strong.

All relationship structures are welcome, monogamous, polyamorous, relationship anarchist, and everything in between. I don't assume what your relationship "should" look like. My job is to help you build the relationship you actually want together.

Common focus areas:

  • Communication patterns and conflict resolution
  • Navigating neurodivergence in relationships
  • Transition support (moves, career changes, new partners)
  • Opening or restructuring relationship agreements
  • Re-establishing connection after disconnection
  • Building shared values and future vision

Note: Couples coaching is not couples therapy. It is forward-focused and skills-based. If deeper relational trauma is present, I may recommend supplementing with a licensed therapist.

Something different

Video Game Based Groups

Coaching disguised as play, or play that turns out to be coaching. Either way, it works.

What is a video game coaching group?

Small groups of 3–6 people meet virtually to play cooperative or social games together, with coaching woven into the experience. Games give us a low-stakes environment to practice real-world skills, communication, conflict, emotional regulation, teamwork, assertiveness, and then we reflect on what came up.

For a lot of AuDHD folks, traditional talk-based formats are exhausting. Something to focus on while you process? That's a game-changer. This format was designed with that in mind.

Communication

Real-time practice in a low-stakes environment

Regulation

Recognizing and working with emotional responses in the moment

Connection

Building community with other neurodivergent folks
